If you have scheduled an IME, Record Review, or Supplemental Report and would like to dictate your cover letter to a MedEx transcriptionist:

Enter the following numbers: 000100000000
Begin speaking when you hear the tone.
Press “9” to disconnect when finished.
Send us an email to let us know you have dictated: medex@medexllc.com
We will reply with a draft letter for your approval.
We will then forward your letter to the consulting physician.
